How to Submit a Takedown Request

If you believe that content available through MIXONYX infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent with the following information:

1. Your full legal name and contact information (email, phone, address).
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. Identification of the infringing material and its location on our platform.
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Send Your Notice To

We will review your request and respond within 5–10 business days. Upon verification, infringing content will be removed promptly.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address with your information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error.

Repeat Infringers

MIXONYX reserves the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users or broadcasters who are repeat copyright infringers.
